THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION - FLEXIBLE SCHEDLE - 20 TO 25 HOURS PER WEEK

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Assists Finance Director with accounting functions, perform the payables process, record receipts and disbursements.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES (Essential Job Duties):

1. Prepare a list of deposits received in the mail daily and email to mgmt.
2. Compile credit card activity and reconcile with receipts. Follow up with any missing receipts. Record all credit card transactions into Quickbooks Online.
3. Process invoices, mail out payments and file invoices on a timely basis.

4 Record bank receipts and assist with bank reconciliations

1. Assist with annual audit, mainly compiling necessary documents and scanning into audit drive
2. Reconcile general ledger balances
3. Prepare journal entries as needed
4. Scan invoices paid each week.

8.. Other duties as assigned or required.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Associates Degree or 2 years related accounting experience
2. Commitment to professional development
3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
4. Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, use reflective thinking, and work as a member of a dynamic team
5. Competency in Microsoft Excel and Windows operating systems
