Pay Range : $80,000 - $120,000 based on experience

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Commercial Painting Estimtator - The estimator is responsible for generating accurate and timely estimates and providing the client with a complete and descriptive proposal. The estimator must be able to meet clients on-site, confirm scope of work, read drawings and specifications, fill out bid forms, read contracts, and generate a budget to give to the project manager and supervisor. They will also assist the PM in pre-con and other owner meetings. The role requires follow up on old proposals and assisting the project manager with submittals, schedules, and notices.
