Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Microsoft Copilot Solutions Specialist to help organizations unlock the full potential of AI-powered tools across Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and other platforms. This role focuses on integrating, customizing, and optimizing Microsoft Copilot to enhance productivity, automate workflows, and support smarter decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Optimize Copilot Features:
• Design, implement, and enhance Copilot capabilities across Microsoft platforms.
• AI Integration and Customization:
• Work with AI models to tailor Copilot behavior to specific user needs and business workflows.
• User Training and Enablement:
• Deliver training sessions, create documentation, and support user adoption of Copilot tools.
• Workflow Automation:
• Leverage Copilot to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting:
• Resolve user issues, ensure smooth operation, and provide ongoing support for Copilot solutions.
• Customer Engagement:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate Copilot capabilities, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay Current with AI Advancements:
• Continuously explore and apply the latest in Microsoft AI technologies and Copilot updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• AI & Machine Learning:
• Solid understanding of AI principles, algorithms, and ML techniques.
• Microsoft Ecosystem Expertise:
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Azure, and related cloud technologies.
• Technical Communication:
• Strong verbal and written skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Problem-Solving:
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize AI-driven solutions.
• Training & Enablement Experience:
• Proven ability to design and deliver effective user training programs.
• Consultative Skills:
• Ability to assess client needs, propose solutions, and articulate the value of Copilot.
