Job Description As the Assistant Project Manager, you will: Support the management of large-scale healthcare and life sciences projects from planning through completion. Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Communicate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations. Oversee construction documentation, RFI processes, and change orders to maintain project accuracy. Conduct site visits and progress reports to track project milestones and resolve issues proactively. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all project phases. Collaborate with senior project managers to develop and implement best practices and project strategies . Work on multiple projects simultaneously , balancing priorities and maintaining quality standards.
