Please apply within 48 hours for immediate consideration. Job Description As the Project Manager you will: Oversee corporate and lab fit-out projects, ensuring timely and successful execution. Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to maintain project timelines and deliverables. Facilitate clear communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders, addressing any issues or changes promptly Manage project lifecycles, from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office to manage documentation and streamline workflows. Contribute to proposals and participate in site/utility-related projects.
